What we studied before building.
Every claim on this site comes from work we can point to. Here is what it is, with the dates.
Eight schedulers, priced from their own pages
On 1 November 2026 we read the pricing pages of Buffer, Postiz, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Planable, SocialPilot and Metricool. All eight charge by channel, seat, brand or workspace. None charges by what a post costs to make. Some put API access behind their top plans. The comparison.
A real launch as the proving ground
The per-platform method was worked out on a real business's social launch across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn: what each platform shows, where its buttons sit, how captions and links behave. Every fix became a written rule.
An independent review of the plan
On 1 November 2026 four separate AI reviewers audited the plan. They found real blockers, including provider licence terms, platform approvals and data protection, and the plan was changed to deal with each before building. That is why it is being used inside Keepwright's businesses first.
